Refund policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this window to be eligible for a refund.

How to calculate your deadline

Your 7-day return window starts on the day you receive your order, not the date of purchase. Check your delivery confirmation email for the exact date.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Health supplements and Powders

Refund Process & Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Example

If your order was R100, the restocking fee is R15. Your refund would be R85

Damaged or defective items are exempt from the restocking fee. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 31-day window and condition requirements. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

If the replacement item is a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship items back using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
